The closer to the venue the better! We have room blocks at the Sun Lodge (15 min drive) and a limited room block at the Upper Pass Lodge (at venue). See our Travel page for more information and other lodging options.
We will have a small shuttle bus taking guests from the Sun Lodge to the wedding and back. Details and schedule will be shared closer to the date.

We recommend showing up at 3:30 pm, ahead of the 4 pm ceremony.
We are aiming to celebrate in a mostly-adult environment. We understand, however, that childcare is not always an option. We do not want that to be a barrier to you attending. Please reach out to us with any questions or to discuss further.

Both. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors and on the deck.
Late July in Vermont is typically warm during the day (70s–80s°F) and cooler in the evening (50s–60s°F). We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the evening.
Yes. The venue is on a mountain, so comfortable shoes are strongly recommended. Heels are welcome, but block heels, wedges, or flats may be easier.
