Are kids invited?

Answer

The Louisville reception will be kid-friendly, including the food. We'll also have outdoor games and activities for the children. The Madison reception will be held at a wine bar, so adults only please.

What food is being served?

Answer

The Louisville reception food will be from a taco truck, because even kids love tacos. For Madison, we're having a cocktail reception with charcuterie. If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make accommodations.

Will there be drinks?

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at both celebrations. Please drink responsibly.

Why did you decide on a private ceremony?

Answer

There were multiple factors that helped us decide on a small, private ceremony (and separate celebrations near Madison & Louisville). Neither of us really like being the center of attention (especially Chris), our families live in different states, we're still in the middle of a pandemic (which continues to throw us curveballs), and it was honestly just our preference. We wanted our ceremony to be intimate and allow us to focus on each other. We are still very excited to celebrate with everyone!
