We have rented a 15 passenger van for the weekend. If everyone can meet us at our house located at 1839 Fourth St. New Orleans, LA 70113 by 1:30 pm on friday, we will be able to drive almost everyone to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner afterwards. If you would rather drive yourself, please let us know so we can accomodate everyone accordingly. One person will need to drive separately as we will be a party of 17. Parking at Jackson Square will be limited, or there will be a decent walk from parking areas to the courtyard in Jackson Square. After the rehearsal, we will have an early dinner at Central City BBQ.

Monty’s On The Square is located right next to where the rehearsal is. It’s also across from Cafe Du Monde. We will have time to wander around Jackson Square and The French Quarter before eating.

Parading Party on the Neutral Ground!

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Our party will be like a giant tailgating party on the neutral ground (grass and street car tracks) on St. Charles Ave in Uptown New Orleans. We will be grilling food, hanging out, catching stuff as the parades go by, drinking, and just having fun. There will be places to sit (but feel free to bring your own seat/camping chair), ladders to climb, lots of good company, and canopy tents to get out of the weather if needed. This will be a low key “reception” because that’s how we roll! No fancy pants for us! But you’re welcome to be fancy if you’d like :)
