Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible once you receive the invitation. However, the deadline is March 18, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What is the dress code?
Answer
This is a black-tie formal attire event and we request all guests to wear black. Floor Length Gowns and Suits are appropriate. If you are wearing a suit, a white shirt can be worn.

Will the ceremony and the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors as well as the cocktail hour. If the weather does not permit an outside ceremony, it will be indoors. The reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm sharp. Please arrive 30 minutes beforehand. Any late guests will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space until the ceremony ends. After the ceremony, you will be permitted access to cocktail hour and reception.

Are kids welcome?

While we love the children, this will be an adult-only event.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be welcome drinks, wine, and beer during cocktail hour/reception and it will be an open bar for the party. We want you to have the best of time so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Know your limits. We still want you to get home safe and sound.

I have a dietary/ food restrictions. What is the best way to let you know?
Answer
Any guests who has any dietary restrictions can indicate that when they RSVP through our wedding website. We will notify the caterer of food restrictions.

What are the parking accommodations?
Answer
Park Crest offers free parking to all the guests. The venue offers golf carts that can take guests from the parking lot to the entrance of the venue door or ceremony space. There is also spot light in the parking lot for guests to easily find their cars at the end of reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
This will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all phones and cameras to be put away and enjoy this special moment with us. We have a great photography/videography team that will be able to capture everything. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have a strict guest list with an RSVP policy. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation that have been pre-approved.
