Question

I did not receive a personal invitation, but I received a Save-the-Date in the mail. Am I allowed to come to the ceremony?

Answer

Save-the-Dates and inserts of instructions to access the virtual ceremony were sent to all family and friends. While we would love for all of our family and friends to physically attend, please understand that there is a very real pandemic sweeping our nation. Our top priority is your safety, therefore we have a VERY limited number of guests that are permitted to physically attend the ceremony. Additionally, we do not encourage attending if you are predisposed to any serious medical conditions, have any COVID symptoms, or have been around anyone that has been exposed to the virus. Hostesses will count the number of attendees and withhold guests entrance upon reaching the venues capacity.

Question

Will the ceremony be livestreamed?

Answer

The Zoom link for the virtual ceremony has been posted under the "Schedule" tab. Those that were personally invited and experience last minute changes to your schedule, are at a greater risk of COVID transmission, or are unable to attend due to the guest count restrictions are strongly encouraged to watch the ceremony via Zoom. The waiting room will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Question

Will there be a reception?

Answer

We would love nothing more than to be able to celebrate our love with family, friends, food, dancing and fun. We have opted to postpone our wedding reception until the declination of the national pandemic, in an effort to abide by CDC recommendation for large gatherings. As the nation moves towards a sense of normalcy, we will have a grand celebration with all of our family and friends in the near future. We will however host a drive-by Meet and Greet from 4:00pm-5:30pm that will allow you to see the couple, take photos and enjoy a slice of cake. All family and friends, whether you attended the ceremony or not, are welcome to attend the drive-by. Please be advised that stops are limited to 3-5 minutes per car.

Question

What safety precautions are being taken for attendees?

Answer

All attendees MUST wear a mask to the ceremony. Temperatures will be checked upon arrival AND a liability waiver must be signed upon entrance. If your temperature is above 99 degrees, you will not be permitted into the building, no exceptions.

Question

I have to travel to attend the ceremony, therefore I may be running a few minutes late. Will I be able to come inside?

Answer

The ceremony will start on time. If you were personally invited to the ceremony and arrive late, you will not be permitted into the ceremony until an optimal entry time is found by a hostess.
