We’ve put together answers to some common questions to help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From dress code details to venue information and everything in between, we’ve got you covered! If you have a question that’s not answered here, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to find a seat and get settled. Can’t wait to see you there!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, the ceremony will be held at St Peter's Catholic Church, and the reception will follow at SentryWorld. Please note, this is about a 5 minute drive.

What should we do during the between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be a gap from 2 PM to 5 PM before our cocktail hour begins. If you'd like to get to SentryWorld early, our cocktail area will open at 3 PM with a cash bar available. If you prefer to explore or take a break, feel free to check into your hotel and freshen up or explore the town. We’ve listed some of our favorite local spots in the Things to Do section of our website. Also at SentryWorld, their restaurant, PJ’s, is a great spot to grab food and drinks, sit outside, and there’s an option to golf if you're interested. We’ll see you back at the reception for dinner and dancing!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that our guests follow a Black-Tie Optional dress code. For men, this means a dark suit with a necktie, and for women, a floor-length gown or an elegant cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. If this impacts your ability to attend, and you haven’t already discussed it with us, please feel free to reach out. We completely understand and would love to talk through it with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking available at both the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we don't have transportation between the ceremony and reception, we will be providing a shuttle between the Holiday Inn and the reception venue before and after the reception. More details to come!

What's the best way to get around?

Answer

Please note taxis/rideshare apps are very limited around Stevens Point. Driving is the best way to get around. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with finding a way get places. We can help!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have two hotel blocks under the travel section of our website. Please reach out to us if it is showing full, so that we can add more rooms. Thank you!
