Please RSVP by **May 9th, 2026**. We kindly ask that all responses are submitted by this date — anyone who hasn't RSVP'd by then will be marked as not attending. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Garden Attire with spring/summer colors. We’d love for everyone to dress their absolute best, so please, no jeans. Since we’ll be in Medford, Oregon in May, there’s always a chance of spring showers, so we recommend bringing a jacket, umbrella, or stylish layers just in case. Feel free to contact the Bride if you have any questions or concerns about your outfit!

We do have some wiggle room on our invite list, so if you don’t already have a plus-one, please reach out as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate them. However, if we’re not notified before the RSVP cutoff, we cannot guarantee there will be food or seating for extra guests. All plus-ones MUST be approved, please do not bring someone unannounced. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, of course! We’d love for you to bring your kids. There will be games, food, drinks, and plenty of room for them to play. However, please keep an eye on them and kindly remind them to be respectful of the orchard to avoid any damage. Thanks for helping us keep the space beautiful!

Yes, there is parking available for all guests, just a short walk from the ceremony area. Signs will be posted, and there will be someone on-site to help direct you!

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so please arrive around 3:30pm to make sure you have time to park and find seating!

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like during the ceremony, we’d love for you to capture the special moments too. We just ask that you be mindful of our photographer and videographer, as they are professionals and will be working hard to get the shots we’ve been dreaming of.
