Wedding Party

Tara Stangler

Bride

Tony Roche

Groom

Lauren Demarest

Matron of Honor

Lauren is my Matron of Honor and has known me ever since high school. Although we weren’t fast friends, our bond (and beauty, of course) has aged like a fine wine. Lauren has supported and encouraged me through every move, career change, and passion I have ever had and never wavered her faith in knowing everything would work out for me. Boy oh boy, was she right! She has always been my rock which is why I need her there on my big day! As a diehard Carolina Gamecock fan, I am the only Clemson Tiger Lauren has ever liked. 🤍

Nicole Stangler

Maid of Honor

Nicole is my Maid of Honor and my closest cousin. I would even consider her the sister I never had! She has been a mentor to me through every phase of life and is a true testament of strength and compassion. Nicole has always looked out for me so it is no surprise I would need her to continue to do so on my wedding day 💕

Morgan Gracey

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I met at Clemson University during our undergraduate studies. A mutual friend introduced us and we became close from the start. Morgan is one of the funniest, kindest, and most genuine people I have ever met. On top of that, Morgan has always been my biggest protector and supporter. She’s a force to be reckoned with!💪🏼

Lauren Batt

Bridesmaid

Lauren, aka “Harvey,” (her maiden name) and I met at Clemson University as Kappa Delta sorority sisters. Our connection was strong from the beginning, rooted in the goal of always having a good time (maybe a little too much). Lauren got me out of my shell. She taught me the importance of being true to yourself and loving yourself for who you are. She is my hype woman!🤸🏼‍♀️

Holley Mosher

Bridesmaid

Holley and I met during our graduate program at Winthrop University. Our connection was instant. We even joked it felt like we were magnets drawn to each other during a difficult program. I sincerely couldn’t have done it without her! Often described as “the yin to my yang,” Holley showed me how to see the world through different eyes, which is a pretty important trait to have as a therapist. Holley also taught me self acceptance and self love. She is a kindred spirit who has pushed me to grow both personally and professionally. ☯️

Chris Roche

Best Man

Chris, my middle bro and co best man, is pretty frickin’ sweet. I admire his devotion to our family and his ability to put others first. Although we have our differences, we share a love for the outdoors, Wisconsin sports, and of course, Wisconsin beer. Chris is one of the smartest guys I know and I am grateful he will always be there to support me, not only on my big day, but for the rest of my life. Love you, Critter!

Patrick Roche

Best Man

Patrick, my lil bro and co best man, is pretty rad. He is one of the nicest and most thoughtful humans I know. Not only is he an ace guitar player, he is also an excellent trout fisherman. I love that he marches to the beat of his own drum and is not afraid to take risks. I think it is great that he also works in waste water treatment - which makes us fellow turd nerds! I love you, Patrick, and am honored to have you by my side on my big day.

Kyle Alfheim

Groomsman

Kyle and I have been close friends ever since I was a Freshman in high school. Our connection has been strong since day one. Whether it was playing frisbee golf, Texas Hold ‘Em, or getting rowdy in Dixieland we always have a great time. I admire Kyle for his work ethic, technical skills, and loyalty to his friends. I have enjoyed watching him become a father and continue to raise a wonderful family. I can’t imagine you not being there for this next big chapter of life. Love ya, buddy!

Erik White

Groomsman

Erik and I first met in study hall when I was a Junior in high school and we have been great friends ever since. Over the years we have shot a lot of deer, drank a lot of beer, and caught a lot of fish together. Erik also introduced me to a bunch of great music and I kind of think of him as a Grateful Dead prodigy child. He is very kind, thoughtful, and just an all-around solid dude. Erik’s favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle is Michelangelo and that basically sums up his entire personality! I love you, man and can’t wait to have you there with me on my big day.

Brandon Gilbertson

Groomsman

Brandon and I have been great friends since we were Freshmen in high school. He has always been very upbeat and probably the wittiest person I know. I really enjoyed our auto tech classes in high school and putting a cherry bomb muffler on his Dodge Diplomat. We had a lot of good times at college in Stevens Point, where we were roommates for three years. Since then I have enjoyed watching Brandon grow and it makes me very happy to see him be a loving husband and father. Brandon, you’re a wonderful person and I have always appreciated you treating my family as if they were your own. Love ya, Brah!

Chris Stangler

Usher

Chris is the brother I wish I had. We are the closest in age out of all the cousins and have been having the most fun since our parents forced us to go to Disney World together in 1994. He hasn’t been able to get rid of me since!
