Wedding Weekend Welcome Event

Please join us to kick off the weekend celebrations at a Wedding Weekend Welcome Wine Tasting on Friday, August 13th at 7:00pm. We have a big barn and some fun food trucks to start the festivities! Attire is fun and comfortable…many of you are traveling some way to be with us and we want you to be yourselves and be relaxed! RGNY Vineyards 6025 Sound Avenue Riverhead, NY Ample parking is available at the winery. The following locations will have a shuttle service to and from the welcome event: • Hotel Indigo – East End 1830 West Main Street, Rt, 25, Riverhead • Holiday Inn Express – Riverhead 1707 Old Country Rd, Riverhead • 812 West Main Street Riverhead (Rochelle’s friends - 4 persons) • Dunecrest (Rapada and Ingrassia Family members (30 persons)

Ceremony and Reception - Saturday August 14th, 4:15 PM Arrival

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Ingrassia residence at 20 Dune Road, Dunecrest in Quogue, NY on Saturday, August 14th. Guests are requested to arrive at the parking sites at 4:15 pm. Dunecrest is a private beachfront residence in Quogue, “the quiet Hampton”. When you arrive at Dunecrest, please proceed directly to the beach where the ceremony will occur (don’t worry, our helpers will show you the way). The ceremony will be “toes in the sand” and there will be flipflops available for guests to change into before you head down to the beach. Please ensure you check the weather and stay hydrated as it may be hot. We will be providing a refreshing drink for you when you arrive to carry down to the beach to help with the hydration! Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will happen on the beach as the sun sets, then the reception will take place in a tent on the lawn where there will be a 12-piece band and full dance floor – so don’t forget your dancing shoes!

The parking areas are located at: • The Surf Club 54 Dune Road https://www.surfclubofquogue.com/; and • The Northwest and Northeast sides of the Quogue Bridge. We are not members at the Surf Club and they have been so kind to allow us to park some vehicles there, as close to Dune Road as possible. We ask that you be very respectful of the request to park close to Dune Road so the spots close to the beach are reserved for the members who of course have the priority. When we are out of space there, we are permitted to use the bridge parking. You may be instructed not to park at the Surf Club when we have used up our allotment even if you see spaces available. Please also note that it is not okay to leave cars overnight at the Bridge or the Surf Club, so please plan accordingly. There will be shuttle bus service to and from the following locations: • Hotel Indigo – East End 1830 West Main Street, Rt, 25, Riverhead • Holiday Inn Express – Riverhead 1707 Old Country Rd, Riverhead

If you are being dropped off at the wedding, please note that 20 Dune Road is located “between the bridges” in Quogue. Sometimes GPS sends folks to 20 Dune Road in Westhampton or in East Quogue, and both are far away so check the coordinates carefully. Guests will be entering and leaving the wedding from the entrance at 20 Dune Road.

After Party at Dunecrest

The party will continue with a bonfire and libations on the beach after 11:30 pm. We will have a silent disco so get ready to keep dancing in the sand! You may wish to bring a small bag with a pashmina/sweater/sweatshirt for the after party in case it gets chilly by the waves. Shuttle buses will run until 1:00 am to get you safely back to your parking or your hotel/house for the locations listed above. Be aware that Uber sometimes needs lead times so plan accordingly. "Morning After" Wedding Brunch 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM Sunday

Please join us once again at Dunecrest - 20 Dune Road for the “morning after” brunch on Sunday, August 15th from 9:30am - 12:30pm. Dress is beach casual and brunch will be served on the back deck and poolside. We hope to see you there! There is no parking on the property. Staff will assist you at each location and there is a shuttle bus to and from parking areas. FAREWELL LOBSTER BAKE AT DUNECREST – 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM Sunday

We will say farewell at a not-to-be-missed Lobster Bake. Please join us at 4:30 pm for cocktails and Schultzy’s famous fare on the beach. Jimmy will be setting up a raw bar spread replete with all the clams, oysters, shrimp you can eat, as well as some of his other delicious appetizers. We will enjoy lobsters, filet mignon, Long Island corn roasted Mexican style, garlic potatoes, pesto farro and a simple salad. We will serve ice cream for dessert. The sun sets early at 7:52 pm in these waning days of summer so we will be enjoying sit down dining at 6:30 pm. Dress is beach casual, and please consider bringing your favorite sweater or sweatshirt to keep you warm. We will have a nice toasty bonfire going! There is no parking on the property but there is valet service to and from parking areas until 9:30 pm. No overnight parking. The parking areas are located at: • The Surf Club 54 Dune Road and NE/NW sides of the Quogue Bridge.

If you are not staying at the official wedding hotels please note that there is absolutely no parking at the wedding venue. Your options for getting to the wedding are as follows: 1)Uber or car service directly to and from the wedding venue 2)Park at the designated parking area where there will be staff to greet you and shuttle service to the wedding venue. John F Kennedy International Airport

JFK is the most convenient NYC airport for getting to the Hamptons, but Laguardia and Newark are also options.

Rental Cars

Renting a car will be the best way to get out to the Hamptons for those flying in. There are also train and bus options available.
