Yes. This is due no later than June 25th. Due to current security conditions, the Naval Academy requires all non military or CAC holding personnel to submit a wet signed 5512 form via pdf email to nabsdaccess@usna.edu. This must be done no later than 25 June. The bride/groom will forward the Naval Academy informational email on how to fill out forms and guidance once rsvp is received.
While we absolutely love the blessing of children, we kindly ask that you acquire accommodations for your children separate of the wedding events. Due to venue limitations, the weekend celebrations will be adults only.
Gates 1 via King George St beside the Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center or Gate 8 via Bowyer Rd. Reminder to plan additional time for gate access and parking near chapel as each gate will require a version of a vehicle search by the military police manning that post.
The wedding venue will have limited valet services for hotel guests as well as some additional parking pending available space. There is also a parking garage, Calvert Garage, walking distance to the venue and is free on the weekends.
No. You must take your vehicle and all belongings with you as you leave the grounds. The Naval Academy is an official military installation.

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! The USNA also requests no cell phone use while in the chapel.
