We ask that all guests arrive by 2:30 pm due to strict Naval Academy guidelines and increased time needed for the military check point. The ceremony will begin at 3 pm sharp. Doors will open for guests to be sat at 2:40 and guest should be seated by 2:50. All guests must have a REAL ID (compliant government photo ID card) and have properly RSVP’d in order to gain entry. Please allow time to go through check point and to park in order to be at the Chapel by 2:30 pm. Due to current security conditions, the Naval Academy requires all non military or CAC holding personnel to submit a wet signed 5512 form via pdf email to nabsdaccess@usna.edu. This must be done no later than 25 June. The bride/groom will forward the Naval Academy informational email on how to fill out forms and guidance once rsvp is received. You can access the Naval Chapel via a short walk from your hotel or Calvert street parking garage or by driving on to the Academy grounds.

Guests exit Academy either walking out gate 3 or park at the Calvert street parking garage near State Circle and grab an informal drink at Galway Bay or freshen up from 3:30-5PM before the cocktail hour starts at the Historic Inns!
