Teresa is one of my best friends and is very supportive, genuine and thoughtful. She has been there through good times and bad. We met at work when we moved to the same department in 2017 and have been fast friends ever since! We love going on adventures together, along with her sisters as well! Whether we are hiking in the wilderness or swimming in the ocean, laying on the beach or freezing our butts off in a tent, we’ve made some great memories along the way! Keep ‘em coming!

Casey is Doug’s eldest daughter. She is a beautiful person inside and out. She is a wonderful mother of two adorable daughters, Olive and Ivy. Casey’s partner is Billy Oudette and they live in Faribault, MN. I am grateful to have Casey as not only a bonus daughter but also a friend. I am excited to continue making memories and traditions with her and her family!

Kaylen is my eldest child and is currently in nursing school, through Winona State University doing their training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Kaylen is a very kind soul, empathetic, a lover of learning and books and a beautiful person inside and out! I am so proud and thankful to be your Mom!

Charleigh Rae is Doug’s youngest child. She is a beautiful old soul and wise beyond her 11 years! She is fun loving, kind, a pickle loving kid and is generally up for anything! She is a wonderful bonus daughter and it has been a joy and a pleasure having a small part of raising her up.

Michelle is Robyn’s older sister and has lived in a suburb of Atlanta Georgia for 25+ years. She has 2 grown sons, Brandon and Zach. She works in the medical field in radiology. She has recently taken a 3 month travel assignment at United Hospital in St. Paul and is living with us in South St Paul. It has been nice spending more time with her than I have in years!
Dean Piekarski
Best Man
Dean is Doug’s older brother. He is married to Dawn and they have 2 beautiful daughters, Danielle and Destiny. He recently started working for Solenis, a contractor with PCA in International Falls. He’s not only a good father, husband, son, and brother but is also Doug’s best friend. He’s got a great sense of humor, and loves to fish and hunt. He also enjoys singing, watching Destiny play college basketball and spending time with his family and friends.
Seth Piekarski

Seth is Doug’s oldest son. He works for Bob the Bug Man as a pest control technician. He shares his Dad’s love of fishing and they have spent countless hours together catching fish and making great memories. He is also an avid collector of Lake Superior agates. He lives in Faribault, MN with his adorable daughter, Autumn and partner, Hannah.
Carter Vitch

Carter is Robyn’s son. He is 18 years old and is attending Alexandria Technical College and learning the machine tool trade. He is very laid back, polite, and an excellent chef in the kitchen, specializing in Asian cuisine. He also shares Doug’s passion for fishing and they enjoy going fishing year-round. He also enjoys gaming, bowling, and hunting.

Weston is Doug’s youngest son. He is 22 years old and currently lives in Jenks, OK with his brother Gannon. Weston is a gentle soul and is very smart and easy going. He works as a barista at Starbucks. He has a passion for cooking, loves to play video games, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his family.
Gannon Wilcox
Usher
Gannon is Doug’s stepson. He lives in a suburb of Tulsa, OK with his girlfriend Madison and brother Weston and their 2 dogs. He is very hardworking and works in the cannabis industry. He loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing, camping, and hiking. He is a Vikings fan and loves traveling and spending time with family.
Alec Wilcox
Usher
Alec is also Doug’s stepson. He works for Beltrami County and is in the environmental sciences area. He is an avid fisherman and often meets up with Doug throughout the year. He also enjoys hunting and spending time with his girlfriend Kaitlyn and family. They recently bought their first home together in Bemidji.
