When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a casual, daytime, outdoor wedding... typically that means informal church attire, but we really want you each to feel free to dress as you prefer! "Can I wear that floor length gown I never have an occasion for?"- We say absolutely! "Could I wear khakis and a sweater?"- Yes! "What about my favorite new Nikes?"- Just do it! "How about my Duke basketball jersey?"- If you must, but don't expect to be fed at the reception. We do recommend you wear comfortable shoes and check the weather forecast as the temperature in the NC mountains can vary significantly in October!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive between 11:00 and 11:15, otherwise you might find yourself walking down the aisle with Amy! :) The venue is off a couple of country roads, so leave yourself plenty of time in case you miss a turn! It takes approximately 25 minutes to get to the venue from downtown Asheville.

Sorry... as much as we love kids, this wedding is just for the adults!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There is an option for food allergies/ dietary restrictions in the online rsvp. If you missed this, feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
