How did you two meet?
Answer
John reached out to me on International Cupid on October 2022. After a week and a half of exchanging messages, we decided to take it off the site, and continue chatting via WhatsApp. Few months later, we both acquired passports to meet in person. After a couple meetups, on May 22nd, 2024, John proposed to me in front of the castle in Magic Kingdom (Disney World) in Orlando Florida. -Rachel

Why are you two having a wedding in Florida?
Answer
On May the 22nd, 2024, John proposed to me in front of the castle in Magic Kingdom in Disney World Orlando, and on May the 25th, 2024, John and I spent a few hours at Fort Desoto beach, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Way back in October 2023, we had a dinner cruise along the Thames River in London, UK. We felt it best to relieve those memories by having a beach wedding, and a dinner reception on a boat. It’s also a symbolic way of saying “Last year, we got engaged here, now one year later, we are getting married here,”
