Attire: Business/Beach Casual. Summer dresses, skirts, polos, button up shirts, blouses, shorts, Capris, sandals, and khaki shorts are okay. We want our guests to keep cool and be comfortable as Florida heat is no joke! Also, in the evening, it does cool down a bit so it wouldn’t hurt to bring a light sweater, pullover, hoodie, or jacket.
The address above is the location where a fine gentleman by the name of Donnie is allowing us the use of up to 8 parking spots to use for this event for free of charge. If you’re unable to carpool with other guests, or take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi, the bridal party is more than happy/willing to shuttle/carpool guests to this location. If you would like to carpool with the bridal party, or would like one of these parking spaces, please contact the bridal party so we can let Donnie know how many spaces to reserve. The bridal party’s contact info is under the wedding party tab on this site. Directly across the street is access to the beach where the ceremony will be held. Complementary bottled water and fans will be provided for guests to help stay cool and hydrated! Taking your own personal photos/videos is okay, just be mindful of other guests and the professional photographer. Feel free to share your pictures/videos to the Bride (contact details found within the wedding party tab).
Reception onboard the Sapphire Yacht
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
3400 Pasadena Avenue South, South Pasadena, FL 33707
At this location, there is a parking lot for guests free of charge. Boarding begins at 6:30 PM and takes off at 7:00 PM. Photo and video taking are strongly encouraged but since this 113 foot vessel can accommodate up to 150 guests, there is a strong chance that we will be sharing this Yacht with another group, so please be mindful of other people's privacy. Onboard there is a cash bar, restrooms, and a dance floor. While/Whilst on board, staff members will take your orders, and prepare the meals on the yacht. Guests have a choice between 10 entrees below (found on their website). To keep prices low and ingredients fresh, menu is subject to change without notice. Entrees: Chicken Spinachi Vegetarian Harvest Oven Roasted Salmon Blackened Chicken Alfredo Herb and Bell Pepper Red Snapper Flat Iron Steak Argentine Land and Sea Chateaubriand The dinner service will include a tropical baby green salad, bread, coffee and tea. Your entree is served with chef selection of rice or potato and vegetable.
