We're getting married

We met in October of 2014 at Universal's Halloween Horror Nights through our mutual best friends Mia & Tyler, who are dating themselves. We hit it off right away and stayed in contact with each other afterwards. At the time, I still lived at home in Port Saint Lucie & he lived in Tampa. Each weekend one of us would make the trek across the state to visit each other. We did this for a little over 6 months. David then decided he wanted to move back home to Pensacola to be closer to his family in May 2015. It worked out perfectly that I could come with him. So before we made the trip up to Pensacola, we decided to stop at Walt Disney World. It was there on Tower of Terror (my favorite ride) David asked me to be his girlfriend! Of course I said yes. Fast forward to August 2018, specifically August 5th 2018, my birthday. We went to Walt Disney World for my birthday like any other year so I never expected anything to happen. David had everything planned out to give me the most perfect proposal ever! We arrived at Magic Kingdom bright and early on my birthday to have breakfast at The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and friends. Anyone who knows me knows I absolutely adore Pooh Bear! We stopped for pictures in front of the castle and in my mind I thought for a quick second, if hes going to do it he'll do it now... Well he didn't do it and I was sad for a minute but it was now time for breakfast. We got seated and Winnie the Pooh immediately came to our table and everyone was freaking out looking for David. He finally came back to our table and David started talking to Pooh Bear saying "You know today is her birthday which makes it a very special day.." He got down on one knee with the most perfect ring I have ever laid eyes on and asked me to marry him. After I stopped sobbing and hyperventilating, I was finally able to get out a big "YES" 🖤
