The closest hotels are located in Short Pump, VA which is 20-25 minutes away from the venue. We have hotel blocks set up at the Hyatt House & Wingate. For those staying in one of our hotel blocks, we will provide shuttle service roundtrip from the hotel to the venue! Below, you will find the direct links to our room blocks and make sure to use the code! If you would like any assistance or have a question while booking hotel rooms, please contact Ashley McKinzie (the bride's cousin and travel agent) at ashleymspark@gmail.com You are welcome to look for a stay outside of our hotel blocks, but please plan to have a designated driver. Ride share services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are not reliable in the area of the venue. If you are flying in, the closest airport is Richmond International (RIC), which is about a 30 minute drive to hotels in the Short Pump area. If you're flying into Dulles (IAD) or Reagan (DCA), it's about a 2.5-3 hour drive to Short Pump.

This is one of the hotel block options! The hotel block rate is specifically for check-in Friday 10/16, with check-out on Sunday 10/18. If you're planning on a longer trip, you can use the group code and block rate for Friday and Saturday night, and any extra nights will have to be booked in a separate reservation. Just let the hotel know and you will not have to switch rooms!
