If you plan to join us for the Whitney Plantation visit, please plan your travel accordingly: ✈️ Option 1: Arrive Friday Morning – Your flight should land in New Orleans before 10:30 AM on Friday to allow enough time to get to the Barnett Hotel for the 12:00 PM shuttle departure to Whitney Plantation. 🌙 Option 2: Arrive Thursday Evening – If you prefer a more relaxed start, consider arriving on Thursday, October 16, so you’ll be refreshed and ready to go!

Whitney Plantation Visit – Transportation & Lunch Details We are excited to have you join us for a special visit to the Whitney Plantation as part of our wedding weekend! To make things easy, we have arranged round-trip shuttle transportation from Le Pavillon Hotel, departing promptly at 12:00 PM. Here’s what you need to know: Transportation & Lunch Cost: $30 per person Lunch: Catered po’boys (pre-ordered) with drinks provided on the bus Payment & Order Forms: Available two weeks before the wedding We have covered the Whitney Plantation admission tickets for all guests, but we kindly ask that attendees pay for their own lunch and transportation.
