While we have not sent out formal invitations yet, we appreciate any early RSVPs, particularly for guests who may need assistance in finding accommodations.
We understand that finding accommodations in this area for Labor Day Weekend can be a challenge, so we recommend starting the search as soon as possible. We have linked recommendations to a few hotels in the Traverse-City area on the "Travel" page of this website, but if you are still struggling to find accommodations please reach out and we will assist you as best we can.
The key thing we want guests to understand as they choose their ensemble is that this is an indoor/outdoor space with lots of lawn, so please choose footwear appropriately! (i.e. I would NOT recommend stilettos) As far as "dress code" goes, we have been leaning in to an "elevated garden party vibe" for our wedding, so guests should aim for a semi-formal or dressy-casual look that's comfortable and appropriate for an outdoor setting.
Kids are more than welcome at our wedding, and we think they will enjoy the playful atmosphere of our indoor/outdoor venue! Their presence is encouraged at the ceremony and cocktail hour, but as our adult guests head into dinner we will have a supervised pizza party in the onsite farm house for the kids to enjoy through the end of the evening.
Between a large Irish-Catholic family and a desire to have a small intimate wedding, we are unfortunately unable to offer "plus-ones" unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are more than willing to to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions provided we are made aware well in advance. If you have any concerns about dietary needs, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
