While taking an Uber to Hood River from PDX airport is possible, please note that Hood River does not serve Uber for those looking to return to the PDX airport. Guests are highly encouraged to rent cars and/or carpool with other wedding attendees! There are several local private taxis, but they require you arrange the trip in advance and may have long delays. Airbnb is likely the best option for accommodations in our area. Keep in mind that this is a popular summer vacation destination and things book up quickly. You can book on either the Washington or Oregon side, but more options are likely found in Hood River. Our after party will be in Hood River, so if you plan to stay out late Saturday night staying on the Hood River side would be advisable due to (very) limited options for taxis.

The Hood River Inn is a unique Hood River hotel on the Columbia River shoreline, offering accommodations with scenic river views, water access and a private beach. For over 50 years the Inn has set quality standards for hospitality in Hood River, and still maintains a modern mid-century charm.

The Society Hotel (Bingen)
The Society Hotel offers likely the most "budget" accommodations with the option for shared hostel style bunk rooms, private rooms and cabins. They also have a spa with a warm saltwater soaking pool, cold plunge, hot tub, massage services, and a café. One word of warning: trains passing through Bingen honk at all hours of the day and night and it might not be the best location for light sleepers.
