Yes! A valid passport is required for all guests, and we strongly recommend checking that yours is up to date and valid at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Yes, the ceremony will be a Catholic Mass held in a local church. It will last about 45–60 minutes and include readings, prayers, vows, and Communion. Guests of all faiths are warmly welcomed and encouraged to attend.
Our wedding will be a formal celebration in a stunning setting—starting with a ceremony in a glass-walled Catholic chapel, followed by a cocktail hour and reception in a glass-enclosed restaurant with views of the ocean. While we're near the beach, we won’t be on the sand, so feel free to dress to impress! For Women, we'd suggest a formal or floor-length dress in elegant fabrics like satin, chiffon, or crepe. We’d love for you to choose shades inspired by the setting—blues, greens, or soft pastels. Feel free to incorporate floral prints or tropical touches as long as they complement a formal, polished look. Kindly avoid wearing white or very pale ivory. For Men, we suggest a black, navy or charcoal suit with a button-down shirt and tie. Tropical flair is welcome in pocket squares or subtle prints, but we’re aiming for elevated over casual. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to make the trip—but don’t worry, he’ll be holding things down in Raleigh watching over the house.

Yes—all guests must book through our wedding room block in order to attend the wedding events. This helps us coordinate with the resort, manage event access, and ensure you’re included in all the celebrations. Guests who do not book within the block may not be granted access to wedding spaces by the resort, so please be sure to use the provided booking link.
We recommend booking early to guarantee your room and rate. Final reservations and rooming list are due by November 22, 2025, and initial payments are due as early as October 1, 2025.
There is a 3-night minimum stay required as part of our wedding room block. You're welcome (and encouraged!) to extend your trip if you'd like to enjoy more of the resort and relax before or after the festivities. The Grand Palladium is all-inclusive, so your stay includes meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and access to pools, activities, and entertainment.
All of the wedding events—including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—will be held on the Family Side of the resort (Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres). Even if you're staying on the Adults-Only side (TRS Coral), you'll have easy access to all events. The two sides are connected, and it’s just a short walk or golf cart ride away.
Our room block includes two connected resorts, each offering a different experience: TRS Coral Hotel is the adults-only side. It offers a more elevated, tranquil atmosphere with exclusive amenities, dedicated pools, butler service, and access to all restaurants at both TRS and Grand Palladium. This is ideal for couples or adult guests looking for a more luxurious and quiet stay. Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is the family-friendly side. It’s perfect for guests bringing children and still offers great dining, activities, and shared amenities across the resort. Rooms on this side allow kids and teens to stay, and feature family-focused options like the Loft Suite. Regardless of which side you book, both resorts are on the same property and within walking (or cart) distance of each other, so you’ll still see everyone throughout the celebration!
Yes! On the family-friendly side, children under 2 stay free, and discounted rates apply for kids 3–17 when sharing a room with two paying adults.
Yes! Guests who book through our room block will receive complimentary shuttle service to and from Cancún International Airport (CUN). Details on how to schedule this with the resort will be shared closer to the date.
Guests will be offered a Travel Protection Plan (TPP) with a “Cancel For Any Reason” waiver at the time of booking. Without TPP, cancellations after October 1, 2025, are non-refundable.
