Will I need a passport?

Yes, and make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months beyond our travel dates.

How do I book my stay?

We’re working with a wonderful travel agent, Vera, who can assist with your travel needs for the wedding. Please visit our website at https://veptravel.com/Page/FlynnandGregoryDestinationWedding to reserve your booking. If you book directly with Sandals, please let us know immediately so we can have you added to our block.

We'll be hosting a second reception once we've returned for all of those who could not attend. Details TBA.

While we love the little ones, our wedding celebration and resort itself are exclusive to adults. We hope you’ll take the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing kid-free getaway with us.

What if I don’t have a plus one?

Answer

No worries! While Sandals resorts are tailored to couples, you can certainly travel solo or we’d be happy to pair you up with another solo guest if you’d like to share a room. Please let us know if you’re interested!

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Shuttle services are provided by Sandals to and from the resort, included with the booking.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Tropical formal resortwear! Think flowy dresses, linen, loafers and sandals. Formal yet relaxed as you celebrate with us on the beach.

Are flights included with the booking?

Answer

Flights are not included. You can find direct flights out of Newark and JFK through JetBlue, while other airports will have a brief layover in Miami.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

In lieu of an RSVP, we ask that you reserve your stay with VEP Travel by 10/01/2025. A $400 deposit is required to at booking. The full amount will not be due until 05/15/2026 and you are free to make payments as you are able.
