Not to worry, you are absolutely still able to book your stay and we would be thrilled if you could make it. While rooms are still available, we can’t guarantee ongoing availability so please be sure to make your initial deposit at https://veptravel.com/Page/FlynnandGregoryDestinationWedding to reserve your room. Both the registration form and the credit card authorization form must be completed for Sandals to set the room aside. Rooms are first come, first served so please make the deposit when you can. Note, full payment is not due until May 15, 2026. On the credit card authorization form you can pay just the deposit, you can authorize monthly payments, you can pay in full, or you can make your own payments on your schedule (by filling out a new credit card authorization form for each payment). All that matters is the initial deposit reserves your room and the balance is satisfied by May 15th. One last note, while this is a couples resort and the rooms are meant to accommodate 2 people, you are more than welcome to reserve a room for just yourself or bring a plus one - yes, even if we did not explicitly invite them. If you plan on booking a solo stay, please reach out to our travel agent, Vera, at the above website for assistance with the registration form as it requires two people’s information to submit. If you decide to later add a second person to your reservation, you will need to reach out to Vera to have them added and a registration form filled out for them.
