So many of you are traveling in from all around the country and we couldn't be more grateful. So we've compiled a list to make your travels to the City of Brotherly Love a little easier. Here are our three closest airports, some hotel suggestions, and shuttle information for the day of the wedding! We are happy to talk to anyone about neighborhoods in Philly if you're looking into other accommodations, like an Airbnb or other hotel.

Philadelphia's airport is most convenient, however Newark's airport is only a 1.5 drive or 2+ hour train ride to Philadelphia.

Baltimore Washington International Airport

Philadelphia's airport is most convenient, however Baltimore's airport is only a 2 hour drive or 2.5 hour train ride to Philadelphia.

Shuttle

Shuttle to the wedding and back

September 13, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Two shuttles will pick up guests at The Notary Hotel and transport them to the wedding. Last shuttle leaves at 3:15pm. The shuttles will then return guests from the wedding to the hotels. Again, there will be two shuttles: the first for guests looking to get some sleep before any travels the next day, and the second for guests looking to close out the night with us!
