NO, the wedding is on March 18th. However, please note that in order for the hotel to be able to host our event we were required to book the entire hotel for the week. Therefore, guest that have chosen to stay at Hotel Three Sixty, will need to cover the cost for the entire week.

Where else can I stay, if not Hotel Three Sixty?

We have a sister hotel, Tiki Villas Raiforest Lodge. Which is located in Uvita. We have a discounted rate for our guest. Please contact Ronald if you wish to book your reservation. Absolutely! Please be sure to review the map, we suggest you look for places between Uvita and Ojochal. Anything further north will be longer than a 15-20 minute drive. Do I need to attend all scheduled activities?

Absolutely not. This is a vacation for all of us and as such we want everyone to have a great time. We have planned a few activities we think you may enjoy with plenty of open time slots as well, but if there is anything else you would prefer to do that interferes with the scheduled activities, please feel free to do so.

Do I need to RSVP for the scheduled activities?

PLEASE!! In order for us to accommodate large groups we definitely need for you to RSVP by January 13th.

By when do I need to make my reservation?

Answer

If you plan to stay at Hotel 360 or Tiki Villas we ask that you contact Ronald to book your reservation by January 15th. At that time you will need to to make a minimum deposit of 50%.

Are there any public transpiration options?

Answer

We recommend you rent a vehicle, preferably a 4WD. We used SIXT and purchased the insurance through an outside company. However, if you do that SIXT will place a hold on your credit card in the amount of $1,500 and will release at the time you return the vehicle as long as there's no damage. I would prefer not to drive the day of the wedding. Is there another form of transpiration?

We will provide transportation to and from the hotel the day of the wedding. We do not want anyone drinking and driving.
