We had both been in the "online dating" scene for a while. Rob had just adopted Steve and was preparing to settle down as just "a man and his trusty companion". One night at the bar(work) a friend of his took his phone and signed him up for a 30 day free trial on a dating app called Bumble. Rob waited 29 days before he got on the app to cancel it. He happened to look at the first person that was interested in him! Yup, it was me! We texted for about 30 minutes then decided that we would like to talk. After a LONG first phone call we both knew that we wanted to meet each other. Our first date was set, we met, and the rest is history!

Natali had planned a birthday party for me at the house. Once all of our guests arrived, I asked everyone for their attention so that Natali and I could thank them for coming. I thanked everyone and told them how happy I was that they were all here to celebrate since it wasn't just a birthday party but hopefully something else too. I turned to Nat, said some super romantic words and dropped to a knee and asked "Te casarias conmigo"!?!? She said YES! SEE YOU IN COSTA RICA!!!!
