Music festivals are a second home to us and the places we fell in love. Since we are not able to bring all of our loved ones to a festival, we are bringing the festival to you! This may not be the most traditional wedding, but we are so excited to not only share this experience with our fellow festies, but we are so blessed to have the opportunity to share a glimpse of this important pillar of our relationship with our non-festies. We may be the only two vowing, but the vibes are for everyone. *Festival wristbands required for all attendees and staff and will be provided upon entrance to the reception*
We will have space available for those who would like the VIP package to join us in camping on the venue grounds- the more the merrier! If you choose to stay, we ask that you please indicate this on your RSVP. If possible, please come out to the property on Friday, July 17th to set up your tent, or find time during the reception to do so. If you are traveling in or are in need a tent, we do have a handful available so please reserve those sooner rather than later. We do have a limited supply, but we will do our best to accommodate as many overnighters as possible.
Please complete & submit the RSVP form by June 1st to allow us time for final guest list and arrangements.
Ceremony & reception will be held in the same location at 8579 76th Avenue, Hudsonville, MI on July 18th, 2026 at 7:00 PM. We ask that all guests are seated for the ceremony by 6:45 PM. We will have a parking attendant on site and golf carts available for anyone who may need assistance.
We kindly ask that guests wear Garden Cocktail attire. Please avoid jeans, if possible. Examples: Men: Soft colored shirts, lightweight suits, dress shoes or loafers, etc. Women: Lightweight fabrics in bright or pastel colors, florals, sundresses, etc. This event will be entirely in the grass so please plan your footwear accordingly.
We are hosting an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We would like everyone to be fully present and to allow our photographer and videographer to capture the best moments they can. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and share them with us!

We will be offering a bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly! For our reception, we will be joined by the Pizza Parliament food trucks where every guest will get their own personal pizza! Please mark your diet choice on the RSVP form so we can provide a more accurate ingredients list to the vendors.
While we adore your children, we have chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration (except immediate family). Plus-Ones will be limited to those who have "Guest" listed within their RSVP form.
Please feel free to bring ANY festival gear or staple camp decor with you for the reception and camping portion of the event. Want to rock a pashmina? Interested in trading Kandi with a niece or nephew? Or maybe show them your cool flow toys? Maybe you're feelin' feisty and want to sprout one of the uncles? Go for it! We'd love to be able to show the true nature of our festivities and culture with all guests!
