Join us for a welcome party to kick off the weekend! If you are in town on the night of October 18, 2024, the bridal party and family will be gathering at The Forum for a welcome party. Feel free to stop by during the time listed. We look forward to seeing you there!

Wedding

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcomed, but not required.

As we eagerly anticipate our special day, we extend a heartfelt welcome to you at Eastwood Farm and Winery. Upon arrival at the winery, kindly utilize the parking facilities located immediately on the left. To accommodate the hill-top wedding, a shuttle service will be provided to transport guests to the ceremony and reception location. We kindly request your presence 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony to ensure ample time for shuttle arrangements. Ladies are advised that both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors on the grass. For comfort and ease of mobility, we highly recommend opting for block heels over traditional heels. Furthermore, the reception will be held beneath a tent outdoors. Depending on weather conditions, guests may wish to bring along a light sweater for added comfort. Polo Match at King Family

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The bride and groom will be attending a polo match on Sunday, October 20th at 12:00 PM; all wedding guests are invited to join. Gates open at 10 AM and admission to the polo matches is free. The bride and groom will be setting up a tailgate tent with a folding table. Outside food is permitted and encouraged. Wine will be available for purchase via golf cart service at the winery.
