Yes, this is a Black Tie event. Men shall wear a tuxedo or suit jacket, trousers, tie, and formal shoe. Women shall wear a floor length gown.

Please do not use your phone during the ceremony. We will make an announcement at the start of the ceremony requesting that all devices be put away and on silent.

Yes, we highly encourage our guests to book their stay at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel. The Park Hotel will host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Staying here keeps you steps away from every celebration. The hotel is located at 22 South Carroll Street Madison, WI. Please see the Travel tab for a direct booking link.

Yes, there is convenient on-site valet parking offered by The Park Hotel for a daily charge. This is the easiest parking option on The Square, so we highly suggest that our guests take advantage of this service. Please see the Travel tab for additional information (to follow soon).

The event will be indoors on flat ground with ample seating. There are elevators available. Restrooms will be available near all event spaces. Please reach out if additional consideration is needed.
