What to Wear

Answer

Cocktail Attire. A balance between semi-formal and elegant. We will be getting married outside in a flower garden! There will be a gravel area to walk on from the ceremony location to the reception area. It can get chilly at night! We will be inside dancing however the doors will be open and dinner will be outside. Plan to bring a light jacket if you would like.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

We have a shuttle that will run to and from the hotel within the hour prior to the ceremony and the hour following the reception! We ask that you try to avoid leaving a car at the venue as much as possible. You can also call an Uber or Lyft. If you do leave your car it needs to be picked up from the venue by 11:00am Sunday morning!

How far away is the hotel from the venue?

Answer

The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to the venue!

What time does the shuttle depart from the hotel? From the venue?

Answer

The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:15 pm. The second shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:55 pm. We will update with shuttle times for the end of the night as soon as we have this answer. Check back later!

What is the Madtree Meet Up?

Answer

Madtree is a favorite local brewery with a pizza restaurant! We have several out of town guests and know that our wedding will be busy. We would love to grab a beer with anyone that would like to stick around on Sunday before heading back home! The couple plans to hang out at Madree between 11:00am-2:00pm before heading out for their "mini staycation" honeymoon. Location and details can be found under the Schedule page of our website.

What should we do if we cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed but we understand! If you cannot attend please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting (pray for no rain!) our wedding ceremony will be outdoor and our reception dinner will be outdoor in the venue's flower garden courtyard. The dancing and after party will be held inside. October 2nd can go either way with warm weather or cold temperatures. We recommend planning for after dark to be the coolest. At that point in the night we will be dancing and having a blast indoors!

We are so thankful we are able to celebrate with our family and friends on our special day. We will be getting married outside as well as most of the reception will be outside. You are more than welcome to wear a mask if you would like at anytime through out the night.
