Answer

Please note that Havana 59 is located in Downtown Richmond. There is street parking and nearby parking lots available, so please plan accordingly. We kindly ask guests to follow posted parking rules and avoid leaving valuables in their cars. ---- Tengan en cuenta que Havana 59 está ubicada en el centro de Richmond. Hay estacionamiento en la calle y estacionamientos cercanos, por lo que les pedimos planificar con anticipación. What time should I arrive?/¿A qué hora debo llegar?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 6p to allow time to find your seat before the ceremony starts. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted. ---- Les pedimos de favor llegar puntualmente a las 6:00 p.m. para encontrar su asiento a tiempo, porque no se podrá ingresar hasta que haya concluido la ceremonia.

Is there a dress code?/¿Hay código de vestimenta?

Our reception will be on a rooftop with a tropical theme. We suggest semi-formal attire: dresses, skirts, dress shirts, and slacks. Tropical prints and bright colors are welcome, but please avoid the wedding party colors: fuchsia, coral, forest green, and white. ---- La recepción será en una terraza con temática tropical. Sugerimos vestirse semi-formal: vestidos, faldas, camisas y pantalones elegantes. Se reciben estampados tropicales y colores alegres, pero eviten los colores del cortejo nupcial: fucsia, coral, verde oscuro, y blanco.

What if I don't RSVP in time?/¿Qué pasa si no confirmo mi asistencia a tiempo?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, March 28, 2026 so we can finalize our plans. If we don’t hear from you by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend, and we will miss you — but it’s important for us to have a final headcount to plan our special day. ---- Por favor, confirmen su asistencia antes del domingo 28 de marzo de 2026 para que podamos finalizar nuestros planes. Si no recibimos respuesta para esa fecha, asumiremos que no podrán asistir. ¡Los vamos a extrañar! Pero es importante tener un conteo final de invitados para planear nuestro día especial.

Yes! We’ll have a full open bar at the reception for you to enjoy. Please remember to drink responsibly and arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking, so everyone can have a safe and fun celebration. ---- ¡Sí!
