What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 9/20/2025. You can RSVP on this website under the "RSVP" tab. If we do not hear from you by our deadline, we will assume you are not coming.

How to get to the Venue?

Parking Situation

Answer

Good news! There is lots of parking! Be on the lookout for the parking signs. You will be parking at the Christmas Tree Farm parking lot and then be shuttled to the ceremony & reception site.

How Should I Dress?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and slacks and formal shirt for men. And remember! This is an outdoor ceremony and reception, please check the weather to make sure you are dressed accordingly to the weather! We don't want anyone missed out on the fun! We will have heaters and other guest comforts to help you stay and enjoy your time!

Outdoors or Indoors Wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside under a beautiful oak tree. This is on a lawn, for that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. Cocktail hour will take place fully outside as well. Reception will take place under a romantic wedding tent. There will be heater inside in case the temperatures drop. There will be open-air spaces as well, either back on the concrete where cocktail hour happened, or out on the back patio of the tent.

What is the Timeline for the Wedding?

Arrival and Ceremony at 2pm Cocktail Hour around 3:30 to 4:30pm Reception Grand Entrance at 4:30pm Dinner Served around 5pm Special Performance at 6:30pm Caking Cutting and Dessert Served around 7pm Enjoy the rest of night with dancing, games, and more around 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

If they are listed on the RSVP card. Yes. However, we are kindly asking that during the ceremony and grand entrance, which will include the special dances, the children go to the bridal suite where we will have set up a babysitter. Once it is time for dinner to be severed the children are welcome to enjoy all the festivities!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

During cocktail hour will be serving hors d'oeuvres. The following dinner will have choice of different entrees and sides. We were mindful to make sure there are meatless options, chesses-less options, and gluten free. We are not taking any additional requests for food accommodations.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a variety of wines and hard ciders for alcoholic drinks. We will have many choices for nonalcoholic beverages too!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 3366 Mendocino Ave, Apt 9, Santa Rosa CA 95403. There will also be a card box and small table set up for gifts at the wedding.
