Get to know our friends and family who will walk down the aisle with us!

Jenny French

Nick's Groomswoman & Flower Girl Wrangler

Legend has it, Nick didn’t speak publicly until the age of four because he would whisper what he wanted to say to his much braver older sister, and she would announce it to the room for him. Jenny has pretty much been running the show ever since.

Daley Smith

Robel's Groomswoman

Robel and Daley met in college but grew their friendship while working together at WeWork. Both play many important roles for each other— confidant, career counselor, food critic, reality checker, and partner detective. Long, philosophical conversations about success, wellness, and life are a staple activity for these two, often over multiple rounds of sushi and lychee martinis.

Avery Brudnicki

Nick's Groomswoman

Ever since their fateful first day of Biology 101 sophomore year of college, Avery and Nick have have been finding new and exciting ways to make each other laugh to the point of tears. Whether ripping up the rides at Disneyland or simply making fun of Avery’s profoundly absurd french bulldog, Louie, these two are self-proclaimed sense-of-humor soulmates.

Daniel Espinoza-Gonazalez

Robel's Groomsman

Daniel was the college roommate Robel never knew he wanted. Being the extroverted ball of joy he was, Daniel eventually forced Robel out of his shell in his last year of college. The two were known as quite the duo around campus (...at least parts of it), each being hype-men for the other's creative endeavors. Since college the two are still cheering the other on while engaging in the occasional, heated board game or boxing session.

Jack Mallahan

Nick's Groomsman

Nick was *technically* supposed to dislike Jack for dating the ex-girlfriend of a good friend when they met in high school, but Jack proved to be just too lovable for any teenage drama to get in the way of a glorious friendship. Between the music festivals, the trips to Whidbey Island, and even a brief stint as roommates in Jack’s parent’s house (thanks Jim and Sheila!), Nick and Jack always seem to find a way to have fun.

Mikaela Rickards

Robel's Groomswoman

Robel met Mikaela in college through their shared involvement and passion for organized clubs (clearly the cool kids). They instantly clicked, bringing each other into their respective worlds and learning a ton from one another. Nothing has kept these two apart, and despite being miles away in recent years, the two manage to stay inseparable!

Madison Plancich

Nick's Groomswoman

Nick had braces, gross sideburns and a soul patch that bordered on obscene, but that didn’t stop the perpetually put-together Madison from befriending him their freshman year of high school. From there they developed a penchant for laughing in the back of class, a mutual appreciation for deeply specific pop-culture references and, of course, the love of an occasional vodka soda with four (no more, no less) limes.

Gail Goochee

Robel's Groomswoman

Human Resources doesn't usually get a good rep with most, but to Robel, Gail was the coolest kid on the block when they both worked for WeWork. Many times were spent commiserating, strategizing, and unpacking in both work and life. The terms "work husband" and "work wife" were thrown around, and that relationship only grew deeper outside of the shared workspace.

Connor Gavin

Nick's Groomsman

Nick and Connor first bonded by ugly-crying together at a catholic retreat their junior year of High School. That, my friends, is a bond you simply don’t break. They’ve spent the subsequent decade+ finding ways to explore the Northwest and beyond while drinking a perfectly respectable amount of craft beer along the way. As an FYI, they no longer attend catholic retreats together.

Davey Friedman

Robel's Groomsman & Officiant

Davey was Robel's first "work friend" when the two started at WeWork in its early days. As their partnership and inevitable friendship grew, the two continued to be cheerleaders and thought partners for each other. The earliest business idea the two discussed was starting and running a bagel food truck in Seattle, the likes of which is still to be seen.

Sydney French

Flower Girl & Ring Bearer

We understand that fulfilling both flower girling AND ring bearing duties is a lot to ask of a two year old, but we’re confident that our niece Sydney will rise to the challenge. Afterall, her marathon-running mom has been training her since day one.

For all the days along the way
