We have 2 hotels with room blocks that will be available to you until July 31.

Will there be a shuttle service provided from the room blocked hotels?

Answer

Yes, as long as at least 10 rooms are booked at those designated hotels.

When should I reserve my hotel room by?

No later than July 31, 2022. The sooner the better, as these rooms will sell out quickly.

Is there a dress code?

We want you to be comfortable, but most will be wearing semi formal/cocktail attire.

Yes. If you require a vegetarian dish or have a severe gluten allergy, there will be an alternate option provided.
