FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sandra Armengol and Robert Contreras
HERE IS SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE CELEBRATION.
Question

Does Google maps and Iphone maps give accurate directions to the wedding venue?

Answer

Please keep to designated state highways until you reach Potlatch, Idaho and the beginning of the detour signs. Sometimes phone navigation directions will suggest alternative off-highway routes from Moscow particularly up and over Moscow Mountain. DO NOT leave the highway until you reach Potlatch and follow the detour signs. The last mile or so before you arrive to the venue will be a dirt/unpaved road.

Question

Are we allowed to record the ceremony and take pictures with our phones or cameras?

Answer

No, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We wish for you and us to be present and enjoy this private and intimate moment. We hired a wonderful photographer to capture those moments, and we will share them with you at a later date.

Question

Are phones allowed?

Answer

Yes, with the EXCEPTION of the ceremony. Feel free to take all the pictures you like outside the ceremony; there will be lots of photo opportunities.

Question

Are kids allowed to attend?

Answer

Close friends and family are all welcome but due to the venue we would suggest only bringing little ones that need little supervision.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, we kindly ask that you stick to the people listed on your RSVP confirmation page only. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a designated parking lot at the venue. Please follow the signs as you are arriving to Twin Creeks.

Question

Is transportation available?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not. You might be able to get an Uber or Lyft but keep in mind that due to being a small town it can be limited, especially during late night hours. Reach out to us and we might be able to work something out for you with advance notice.

Question

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes, please see the Travel page.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is JUNE 29, 2026. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will not be able to accommodate you.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 20-25 minutes early (2:35pm/2:40pm) to the start of the ceremony to give you time to sit and grab some confetti to toss if you choose to. Remember that there is construction going on so give yourself enough travel time. Ceremony will begin at 3pm. Please be seated 5 minutes before start time. Cocktail hour and reception follows immediately after the ceremony.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather in the fall can be a bit unpredictable, but the high temp is about in the low to mid 70's, the temperature tends to drop to low 40's in the evening. It can also get a bit windy. A coat is recommended for the evening.

Question

I have dietary restrictions, what kind of food will there be?

Answer

Select diets will be offered separately from the planned meal. For those who are vegan or with dietary restrictions please say so when you RSVP.
