Our families will be staying at Koh Koon Villa, where the ceremony will take place. We recommend staying in the area, at either Lamai Beach, Bay View Village, or Chaweng beach. The island's roads run along the outer edge, so staying further away can take time to get to the other areas. 
Airbnb is a great option for Koh Samui. The villas or apartments often have private pool, staff, transport support, and other amenities. 
Hotels offer private pools, restaurants, and bar service. There are beautiful hotels on the island, and can be a great option.
