When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP one month before the wedding date. 16th of April 2026.

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
Please arrive by 2pm for a 2:30pm ceremony start.

Where are the wedding ceremony and reception being held?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and the reception will be held at the one location, the address is as follows. Settlers Rest Country Estate: 104 Putty Road, Howes Valley NSW, 2330. When approaching the venue, you will see a large white brick wall leading you down the driveway. If coming from Sydney it will be on your right, if you have come from Newcastle, it will be on your left.

Where can I stay?
Answer
If you are wanting to make a weekend or a night of it, please refer to the accommodation tab at the top of the website for some options. There is also an option for our guests to Glamp onsite for the weekend, where we can organise glamping tents with an external company if anyone is interested. It will be a minimum of two nights if you are glamping, as this is policy with the company. Please let us know when you RSVP if you're interested in this and we can provide more information.

How can I get there on the big day?
Answer
We will be organising a bus to and from the venue, starting in Singleton which will take a detour through Milbrodale and Fordwich and then onto the Venue. However, feel free to drive, there will be plenty of parking at the venue.

What's the Dress Code?
Answer
Garden Party Chic We would love our guests to join us in semi-formal / cocktail attire. Think bright florals or fun block colours. Please no black. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or a dress shirt and tie. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates. Also keep in mind the wedding is on a property, so flats or block heels may be best. Can I bring my children?
Answer
While we love your little ones, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate them at our wedding. We hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're keeping our wedding small and personal, so only those we've specifically given a plus one may bring a guest. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated. We hope you understand, and we can't wait to celebrate our day with you.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There will be plenty of parking at the venue, so feel free to drive if you wish.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our celebration will be a mix of both! The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors and outdoors. We recommend bringing a layer just in case it may get chilly of an evening, ladies also please be cautious of heels and the gravel.

If I am staying onsite, what time can I arrive by?
Answer
Please feel free to arrive any time after 4pm on Friday the 15th. Welcome drinks and dinner will begin from 6pm.

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
The best gift we could ask for is your company at our wedding day. However, should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our wishing well.
