Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Cocktail Attire: wear cocktail dresses, sun dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or slacks. Comfort is key! Keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors on grass and summers in Lake Chelan are typically hot.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM so please plan to arrive early. There will be welcome beverages! Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow. *A shuttle service will be offered to and from the venue. For those staying in downtown Chelan, please meet in front of the St. Francis Catholic Church (across the street from Safeway). The shuttle will depart to the venue at 3:45 PM from this location. For those staying in downtown Manson, a shuttle will pick-up at Manson Bay Suites at 3:35PM and 4:05PM. Shuttles will be dropping off at these same locations after the wedding.
