3:45 pm - 3:45 pm
A shuttle will be provided to take guests to the venue. It will pick up from the Yavapai College Sedona Center parking lot at 3:45 PM and will depart promptly at 3:50 PM, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Parking at this lot is reserved for our guests and is complimentary. The pickup location is located just 0.3 miles from the Courtyard hotel.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
At the end of the evening, shuttles will return guests to the Yavapai College parking lot.
