Travel / Directions

We’ve reserved a discounted room block at Ravel Hotel and included recommendations for other great hotels in Long Island City, along with a few of our favorite Williamsburg spots (because we can't resist that Brooklyn charm). While Williamsburg isn’t quite walkable to the venue, it’s an easy and quick ferry, subway, bus, or ride-share away. If you're flying in, driving, or planning to take public transportation, please see details for the best routes/options below. Wherever you choose to stay, we hope you find a place that feels perfect for your weekend. Please choose accommodations that best suit your comfort and style after reading some provided helpful information - even if they’re not listed here. We’re simply thrilled to have you with us!

Hotel

Ravel Hotel by Wyndham

8-08 Queens Plaza South, Long Island City, NY 11101
 (718) 578-4376

Discounted room block rates are available online with our group code "101026ELA" until September 8th, 2026! Please reach out to Julissa.e@ravelmgmt.com (718-289-6111) if you are unable to book by this date, as there may still be rooms available. The Ravel Hotel is a welcoming, comfortable stay just a 15-20 minute walk or ~7 minute ride-share from American Brass. Many rooms feature lovely city views - consider requesting a higher floor or “city-view” room for the best experience. As with much of the city, street parking in the area is limited and Ravel Hotel parking is valet-only (~$25/day), so guests planning to drive may want to factor that into their stay. Although the hotel doesn’t have a full-service restaurant on-site, a wide variety of dining options are just a short walk away (head to LM Cafe!). The property is generally quiet, though occasional evening activity may occur as it does serve weddings and other events, so guests who are light sleepers might prefer rooms set away from common areas - feel free to request in advance and/or on arrival! 1 Night Stay Link: https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/trademark/long-island-city-new-york/ravel-hotel-trademark-collection-by-wyndham/rooms-rates?&checkInDate=10/10/2026&checkOutDate=10/11/2026&groupCode=101026ELA 2 Night Stay Link: https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/trademark/long-island-city-new-york/ravel-hotel-trademark-collection-by-wyndham/rooms-rates?&checkInDate=10/09/2026&checkOutDate=10/11/2026&groupCode=101026ELA
