Gore Bay Overnight Apartments

Located less than 5 mins (15 mins walking) from our reception venue. They have 5 apartments, each with 1 to 4 beds. Most apartments have separate bedrooms with one bed also in the living room area. All apartments have a full kitchen. The owner, Hugh, is open to reduced rates for guests not occupying all bedrooms within an apartment so be sure to mention how many guests you intend to have with you. The best way to book is to call Hugh, let him know what you're looking for, and work it out with him. Please note, all apartments are accessible only by exterior stairs. The Queen's Inn Bed and Breakfast

Located within 5 min (20 min walk) from our reception venue. They have 8 rooms total (1-3 beds each, some are suites with 2 separate bedrooms, some are on the third floor with a shared bathroom). Please note that all rooms are only accessible by stairs. Minimum 2 nights stay, breakfast included. Starting $225/night 3rd floor with shared washroom starting $190/night

Located alongside our reception venue. The rooms set aside for us each have 1 Queen or King bed. Please note that there are limited rooms on ground level and are preferred for those guests that require access without climbing stairs. The remainder are up a set of exterior stairs. Greater Sudbury Airport (YSB)

The nearest airport to Gore Bay is in Sudbury, ON which is a 2 1/2 hour drive from Gore Bay, ON. We have arranged for an optional shuttle to take guests from the airport in Sudbury to Gore Bay on Oct. 06, and back on Oct. 08. The schedule and information for those shuttles can be found in another block below. The airport is located about a 30 minute drive from downtown Sudbury. Shuttle

Shuttle from Greater Sudbury Airport to Gore Bay, ON.

October 6, 2023 4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

For guests arriving in Sudbury by plane, there will be an optional shuttle available travelling between Sudbury and Gore Bay. The shuttle to Gore Bay will travel on Fri. Oct. 06, and the return shuttle to Sudbury Airport will be on Sun. Oct. 08. Guests travelling on the airport shuttle may also ride the shuttle to and from the ceremony on Sat. Oct. 07. Please book a shuttle with us by September 7 so we can make sure to have enough room for all who need. Shuttle timing will depend on flight arrival times. Approximate times for shuttle departure are listed below. TO GORE BAY (FRIDAY, OCT. 06) Shuttle #1 - Departs 3:45PM on Oct. 06 (arrival in Gore Bay approx. 6:15PM) Shuttle #2 - Departs 9:30PM on Oct. 06 (arrival in Gore Bay approx. 12:00AM Oct. 07) TO SUDBURY AIRPORT (SUNDAY, OCT. 08) - pick-ups at each of our 3 accommodation venues.
