Day-of Transportation: We will be providing transportation to and from the venue. Please know the venue is about a 40 minute drive and has limited parking for guests, so please feel free to utilize this service if you wish to enjoy yourself and let loose without having to worry about driving. For pickup and drop off details, see below. When you RSVP, please indicate whether or not you will be using this. Please note that the exact time for shuttle pick up right now is an estimate and this will be finalized closer to our wedding date. Hotels: We have reserved a room block at both The Saratoga Hilton and the Courtyard Saratoga Springs for the nights of 9/5 and 9/6. This is where the transportation to and from the wedding will pick up and drop off. An important thing to note is that transportation will be scheduled for pickup BEFORE check-in on Saturday, 9/6, so please keep this in mind when planning your travel and reserving your hotel room.

Please reserve by August 5th to receive the discounted rate.

We will have busses bringing guests to and from the wedding that will be picking up at The Saratoga Hilton and The Courtyard Marriott. Pickup will be promptly at 2:45PM and will be dropping guests off back at the hotels following the wedding and reception. Please note that we will not be having any early drop offs back from the venue, so please plan accordingly for transportation. Please note that the exact time for shuttle pick up right now is an estimate and this will be finalized closer to our wedding date.

Albany International Airport

If you're flying in from out of town, we recommend flying into Albany International Airport as it's an easy 30 minute drive to Saratoga. Uber/Lyft is available or you can rent a car directly at the airport for extra ease.

There are plenty of rental properties around Saratoga Springs if you wanted to make a little vacation out of your time here! Please note that busses will not be picking up from individual houses, so please be sure to arrive at The Saratoga Hilton or The Courtyard Saratoga no later than 2:30PM if you'd like to have transportation to and from the wedding.
