Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! We will have transportation to and from the wedding, picking up at either The Saratoga Hilton or The Courtyard Saratoga. Busses will be leaving promptly at 2:45PM on Saturday, 9/6/2025, so please plan accordingly. Please note that given the distance, we will not have any early drop offs back to the hotel before the wedding is done at 10:00PM. Please note that the exact time for shuttle pick up right now is an estimate and this will be finalized closer to our wedding date.

Is there parking available on-site if I decide to drive myself?
Answer
Yes, there's free parking available at our venue so that's no worry if you decide to drive yourself. However, parking is limited so we recommend taking advantage of the transportation we're providing

When should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before our 4:00PM ceremony time. That gives us enough time to be on schedule, and help out our guests that may need extra assistance finding their seats. If you're utilizing the provided transportation, this isn't anything you need to worry about - we've figured out all the timing so you can sit back, relax, and get ready to party!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children so we can celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal or Cocktail Attire is highly encouraged. No casual clothing, such as jeans, shorts, T-shirts, etc.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you have a guest option on your RSVP, then yes! If there is not a guest option on your invitation, then no. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We will not be able to accommodate others that are not on our list.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both! Our ceremony will be held outside along with cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors.
