How can I book the hotel?

Answer

Go to DestinationWeddings.com and click "Attend a Wedding". Find our group using one of our last names and the password sent to you in the Save The Date.

Can I stay at another resort?

Answer

It is not recommended, as there is a $120 day pass to participate at the events at the Hard Rock if you are not staying there. Contact our Certified Destination Wedding Specialist, Rene Wills, at 866-611-2707 or rwills@destinationweddings.com for more assistance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the size of the venue, no children under 18 are able to attend with the exception of immediate family. If unsure, please reach out.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable! You can wear beach wedding attire, cocktail or semi-formal! Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts or flip flops.

Question

I see there are "Heaven" options for the hotel, what does that mean?

Answer

Heaven is the adults-only side of the resort. Guests must be over 18 to stay on this side. Anyone over 18 has access to both sides of the resort.
