My god sister, Diamond and I have been close since we were babies. Not even her moving 500 miles away to Texas could keep us apart. She is someone that I can call to chat with after not speaking for months or even seeing each other for years; the conversation will be as if we talk every single day and did not miss any details. She's my Maid of Honor because I trust that she will be by my side no matter how long we go without speaking or seeing one another. It's a blessing to have another sister in my life and my future families' life.

Wow! Jasmyne and I have countless memories to share and way too many stories to tell but I will keep it short and simple. Jasmyne and I have known each other since fifth grade, we grew closer when we became cheerleaders in middle school and color guard teammates in 9th grade, and our friendship continued to grow throughout high school. Jasmyne is the friend that keeps me spiritually upright and I am so honored to have such a beautiful soul as my Bridesmaid.

Melissa and I bonded through our many lunch dates outside on the concourse of baker high school junior and senior year. We talked about everything you could probably think of. Our lunch dates didn't stop just because high school did, so we grew closer as time passed. Melissa was the friend that was there with me through my first little high school heartbreak, she was there when I met and started dating Justin, and she has been there for every celebration that I have had. Melissa has always been the friend that I felt like I could count on and call on whenever I have needed her. It is only right for her to stand by my side as I marry the man of my dreams.

Whew! Sydney is my light, my fresh air, my relaxation in my circle of friends. I have always been able to let loose and discuss my innermost secrets and fears with this one. Sydney and I have been friends since 8th grade and she has always had that affect on me. So genuine, so understanding, but also the life of the party that I need in my life when I get too stressed and overwhelmed, which is exactly why I need her by my side through wedding planning and on my wedding day. I am so blessed to know that I have her as my bridesmaid!

College. Freshman year. First couple of weeks of school at Alabama State University, I met Kathelin (Kate). She is the friend who complements me because she is strong in everything that I am weak in; soft spoken, patient, meek, and thoughtful. We don't talk everyday but we never forget to tell the other when we are thinking of them. I chose her to be one of my bridesmaids because she supported me in all of my hopes and dreams I had about marrying Justin and now the dream is finally a reality. As much as I talked her ear off (everyday) about him, she deserves to be apart of the finale!

13 year old little sister! We used to argue all of the time and I remember a time when I said, "I can't WAIT for her to get older so we can have more in common." Well, haha that still hasn't happened! She loves Glitz and Glamour and I love simple and elegant, she likes people, I don't, she likes girl-y activities like getting her nails done and going shopping, I pick my nails off and shop online...but regardless of all of our differences, I am still so glad that she's old enough to play such a special role on me and Justin's Big Day.

Will and I met in 6th grade and started our friendship beat-boxing. We have so many similarities its crazy. So many good times and many more to come. Blood couldn’t make us any closer. Glad to have him as my Best Man.
