Question

Do I need a passport for entry into Mexico?

Answer

U.S. citizens- including infants- should be aware that a valid passport book is required to enter Mexico by air, and that those attempting to enter at an airport with a U.S. passport card only may be denied admission. Click the button below to apply or renew your passport. Routine Processing Time: 4-6 weeks. Expedited Processing Time: 2-3 weeks.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding ceremony and reception, additional guests are not permitted. Please consult with Laurie Dougherty when booking your resort stay on how many seats we have reserved in your honor.

Question

Can I bring a child?

Answer

Absolutely- the resort is family friendly and offers a wide variety of activities for the entire family! Don't forget their passports! However, please consult with Laurie Dougherty when booking your resort stay on how many seats we have reserved in your honor.

Question

Is the resort all-exclusive?

Answer

At Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa, they go far beyond the all-inclusive experience with Unlimited-Luxury®, where nearly everything is included. Enjoy spacious rooms and suites graciously appointed and luxuriously equipped, limitless access to gourmet à la carte dining options without reservations required, unlimited international and domestic top-shelf spirits, the Explorer's Club for Kids and so much more. All the fun is wristband-free!

Question

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

The reception is fair game however our ceremony is unplugged so you can experience the wedding through your own eyes and not your camera lens. Kindly turn off your cell phones and cameras to be fully present during our ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite Beach Semi-Formal Attire: dress to impress, but also dress for the elements (sun, sand and water). Anything you'd wear to a nice restaurant on a summer night is appropriate.
