Where is the wedding?

Answer

Paradise Cove in the Lake Buena Vista area (Part of Orlando). When you see the “Saltgrass Steak House” you are close! The entrance to Paradise Cove is through a private driveway. Follow the signs!

What do we wear to the wedding?

Answer

Formal/Semi-formal attire. But keep in mind the weather will be +30 degrees (hot weather). Please wear clothes with comfortable fabric & spring/summery colours are encouraged. Feel free to bring sunglasses!

Is the wedding venue a hotel?

Answer

No. Paradise Cove is only an event venue for parties. There are no guest suites or accommodations on the site. However, there are plenty of accommodation choices close by! Please see the “Travel” section for more details on accommodations.

Is Lake Buena Vista different from Orlando ?

Lake Buena Vista is part of Orlando-Kissimmee (Orange County Florida).

Are there cooler areas at the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding will take place later afternoon/evening so it is cooler & breezy. There are also lots of fans. The bridal suite at the venue (air conditioned) can also be good place for a quick break.

Can we chill in the bridal suite?

Answer

Yes! There is a bridal suite that is air conditioned that can be used for those that need a place to sit & rest away from the bigger crowd. Perfect for the grandparents, nursing moms & young kids! (Or just anyone who needs a cool, calmer space).

Will there be transportation for guests to & from the venue?

Answer

If you are staying in the “Reunion” area of Orlando there will be a charter bus picking guests up @ 3:45 pm on the wedding day. Return ride back to “Reunion” after the reception is at 11:30 pm. This bus will also drop guests off at Universal Studios City Walk!

We don’t drink & drive! What are the options after the party??

Answer

Orlando has UBER* & LYFT* *FOR THOSE THAT ARE STAYING IN THE “REUNION AREA” Or going to “UNIVERSAL STUDIOS CITY WALK” there is a charter bus booked for 11:30pm from the venue. *IF YOU DRIVE YOURSELF TO THE VENUE: *DON’T DRINK & DRIVE* Guests that drive themselves to the venue can leave their cars overnight and can be picked up no later than 11:00am the next day.
