Do you have a block of rooms reserved at any hotels?

Answer

We have set aside a block of rooms at the Kwataqnuk Resort & Casino at a discounted rate for our family & friends. Additional rooms are available at America's Best Value Port Polson Inn. Booking info can be found on the "Travel & Venue Info" tab.

What is the discounted rate at the hotels?

Answer

The rooms at the Kwataqnuk range in price from $145/night for a city view room to $179/night for a lake view room. The rooms at the Port Polson Inn are $150/night.

How soon do I need to reserve my hotel room?

Answer

If you are planning on staying at either the Kwataqnuk Resort or Port Polson Inn, you will need to reserve your room by June 1st, 2022. Due to the locations and the high demand at that time of year, we will need to release any un-booked rooms so the hotels can fill them. If you are planning on staying at a different location, the sooner you can get a reservation the better. Flathead Lake is a hotspot for summer vacations so hotels and campgrounds fill up quickly.

Where else can I stay in Polson?

Answer

Additional rooms are available at America's Best Value Port Polson Inn, to reserve your room call the hotel and ask for one of the rooms reserved under Richard Green. The resort is located 2 miles from the Polson / Flathead KOA site, as well as multiple other campsites surrounding the lake.

When do I need to submit my RSVP?

Answer

We will need everyone to RSVP no later than June 1st, 2022 in order to confirm our head count with the resort.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You will need to RSVP through the "RSVP" page. Once you're there, you will be asked to enter your name, then select whether or not you will be attending (you'll be asked to RSVP for both the ceremony & reception).

Can I/we bring additional guests?

Answer

Due to capacity limitations, those not directly listed on your invitation or the online RSVP (including children) cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be dressy casual (sun dresses, khakis, etc.). We ask that you wear something nice, but it could be hot so as long as you're comfortable we're happy! Side note for the ladies: the ceremony will be on a grassy lawn so if you decide to skip the stilettos, we totally understand!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We will provide wine and beer options to have available at no charge and there will be a cash bar for those who would like something a little stronger.
