Baraat is at 10 AM: This is a traditional Indian wedding procession where the groom travels to the wedding venue to meet the bride’s family and friends. The groom will ride on a decorated horse while he is being escorted by his family and friends dancing their way to the venue. The baraat is known for its vibrant atmosphere and will contain a DJ with a Dhol player to help liven the party! The baraat concludes with a special moment called Milni. This is when the groom and his family are welcomed by the bride’s family. Wedding ceremony is at 10:45 AM: We enjoyed a small ceremony with our immediate families in April, 2025. We will perform a brief ceremony on this day for our extended relatives and friends. After the ceremony, a light lunch will be provided. There will be a several hour break to allow everyone to rest for the big party to follow
