3/14/2024: RSVP deadline is around the corner! Thank you to those who have sent their RSVP responses already! Now, just to clear some confusion... submitting your address was NOT a form of RSVP. It was so we could collect your info in order to mail invitations!

FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal, black tie optional. See below for the question about our color scheme! If you are like Kim who cannot tolerate (or is a safety hazard with) long use of high heels, she suggests looking into Pashion Footwear -- the world's first fully convertible high heels. She owns a pair and wears it to most events that has dancing involved! Here is the website: https://pashionfootwear.com/ (copy and paste link)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available through complimentary valet. Just note that alcohol will be served so please drink responsibly. We encourage you to use a Lyft or Uber service if you cannot appoint a designated driver.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding, however, we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families who are part of the wedding party. Please take this as a wonderful opportunity as a date night and time for yourselves! Enjoy this adult-only occasion ;)

Question

What is our color scheme?

Answer

Our website is a big hint! Our colors will be navy blue, silver, gold, and black. The groom will be in navy blue. Our wedding party will be in black. Should you want to dress cohesively to the theme for photos, feel free to dress our colors or any color deep and dark.

Question

What's the weather like in May?

Answer

Florida weather can be quite a doozy, but usually climate will be in the mid-to-high 70s and 80s earlier in the day and can dip to low 70s in the evening, while rain is common in the spring. Luckily, the entire evening will take place indoors! Though, should you hit the theme parks before or after the wedding, keep unpredictable Florida weather in mind for packing. If you are interested in waterproof shoes in the case it rains, feel free to use Kim's referral code for Vessi shoes (she owns two pairs and they're so comfortable -- say goodbye to wet socks!): https://fbuy.io/vessi/tcwqmp5r (copy and paste link)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The link for RSVP will be open once invitations are sent out. We hope you can RSVP as soon as you could, no later than March 18th, 2023.

For all the days along the way
